How to order?

Follow these easy steps to make a purchase!



Do I need an account to make orders?

Yes, for security purpose, you’ll need an account to make order.

The tracking code will be sent to the phone number provided in your order (billing address).

Payments can only be made via iPay88, a leading and award-winning regional Payment Gateway Provider in South East Asia.

Rest assured, iPay88 is safe and it’s convenient, too!

Can I pay with credit / debit card?

No, credit / debit card payment is not possible.

Can I pay by bank in / cash deposit?

Shipping Cost

Within Peninsular – 10% of the value of purchase subject to a minimum of RM8.00.
Within Sabah & Sarawak – 15% of the value of purchase subject to a minimum of RM12.00.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Goods will be shipped in two (2) to seven (7) working days upon payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only deliver within Malaysia.

Return Policy

Only returnable if:

We shipped the wrong items or the items are defective before usage.


  • Shoes must be returned in the same state they were received. Unworn.

  • Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.

  • Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.


  • Skateboards must be returned without being skated on.


  • All skateboard decks cannot be exchanged or returned if gripped or assembled.

  • All skateboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.

  • Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Colors may vary, so we will not hold responsibility for items that may differ.


Please note:

  • ZONE 5 ONLINE reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
