Please be informed that all orders will be shipped within 2 – 3 working days ( Mon – Fri ) after you’ve received your order confirmation.
All domestic orders will be fulfilled by our delivery partner, J&T Express. Your parcel would take approximately 2 to 3 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) or 5 – 10 working days (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan) to be shipped to your doorstep. Do note that this delivery window may be affected during festive season/peak period.
The above are estimated time of delivery. We are not liable for any losses, additional costs/charges, damages or expenses arising from any late delivery.
We ship to all addresses (Home or Office) as long as it is a valid delivery address within Malaysia. Once your order is submitted, no changes to the delivery address will be allowed. Kindly double-check your delivery address during checkout, as we will not be liable for any shipment to the wrong address.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Key in the tracking code at the designated courier’s website to track your parcel.
We do not offer return services for the time being. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
