All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Deliveries are handled by our courier partner, J&T Express. Estimated transit times are as follows:
• Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 3 business days
• East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan): 5 – 10 business days
Note: Deliveries may experience delays during peak periods or public holidays. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from courier delays.
We deliver to any valid physical address (home or office) within Malaysia.
• Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping details at checkout. Address changes cannot be made once an order is submitted.
• Failed Deliveries: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and refunds will not be issued for such instances.
• International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of Malaysia.
